Services

Drywall services, framing to finish

One contractor from the first stud to the last coat of texture. Commercial jobs for general contractors, residential jobs for homeowners, all under our CR-10 Drywall licence.

Steel stud framing

Non-load-bearing steel stud walls and partitions for commercial and residential jobs. Layout first, then studs plumb, square and on the line. Every wall after this depends on it, so we take the time.

Good for: tenant improvements, office and retail partitions, new rooms and garage walls.

Hanging board

Gypsum board on walls, ceilings and soffits. Sheets laid out to keep joints few and in the right place, fastened tight to the framing, screws set right so they don't show through the finish.

Taping and finishing

Tape, coat, sand, repeat until the seams disappear. On commercial work, we finish to the level your plans call for. At home, we finish so the joints don't show under paint and light.

Texture

Sprayed and hand-applied texture, matched to the room and even from corner to corner. See the finishes below.

Smooth

Flat and clean, no pattern. Shows every flaw, so the taping has to be right.

Knockdown

Sprayed on, then flattened with a knife for a soft, patchy pattern.
